Trademark Infringement Suit Filed Against Microsoft on Behalf of Bing!
Bing! Information Design has sued Microsoft Corp. (NYSE: MSFT), alleging trademark infringement and unfair competition over Microsoft’s use of Bing for its search engine.
The suit, Bing! Information Design LLC v. Microsoft Corporation, cause no. 0922-AC18341, was filed Dec. 16 in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis by The Simon Law Firm and asserts claims for trademark infringement, unfair competition and tortious interference with business expectancy.
