Thanks for your comments. Yes, the advantage to allowing local managers to handle media is that there are more opportunities to build a relationship with the local media. I know when I work with local television reporters, if I don&#039;t have a local attorney who can provide a comment, they will often either skip the story or look for a different law firms who can provide comments from an attorney who is locally based.

The other option is to try a pilot project.
