A doctor tested positive for drugs on the same day he performed a colonoscopy. His patient claimed the doctor left a tear in his colon that changed his life forever. Lawyer Paul J. Passanante was interviewed by KTVI (Ch. 2), St. Louis reporter Christ Hayes about the efforts of one Missouri  legislator that would prevent injured patients from learning about a doctor's drug use.
